Welcome to Maltings Place. We believe it to be a great place to live!
The Estate has been managed on a voluntary basis since it was built
in 1984. Our continual aim is to keep the gardens and communal parts in
first class condition. We hope you agree that the gardens are exceptional
for London and we aim to keep them that way for your enjoyment. At the same
time, we strive to keep our maintenance charges as low as possible.
We pride ourselves on being a well-managed estate run by a committee of
Maltings Residents Association shareholders.
Maltings Place can only be kept to these high standard with the cooperation of
property owners and tenants.
